The package was not proper. It was partially open. Even the box inside was open . I thought there will be some issue definately with the main item but i was fortunate enough that the item was perfectly fine. Please take care of the packaging. Though this is the first time i faced this kind of issue.

I've been using this product since 2016, and it has served me well, it is a very sturdy and easy to clean product that I can bake and serve in it, because since it is glass, it can be also used as a serving dish, don't go for nonstick baking dishes as their coating wears off after some time, but glass stays forever as long as you use it properly with care
