I was expecting more flavor in this custard apple powder. We do have a couple of custard apple trees in our yard and I love the taste of this fruit. I thought the powder would have a sweet taste like the actual fruit, it doesn't. Now I use the powder in my chai and in our morning oats...the taste is not very noticeable. I believe the powder would be good if you use it to make ice cream, but I haven't tried it for that yet. Will I buy it again? ...no.
