#forestessentialsVery disappointed with the brand. Purchased their Japapatti hair oil about 2 months back from their showroom in Forum Shantiniketan mall. For Rs.1,350 for 200ml, it is by no means cheap. However, the product was substandard. A few days after opening the bottle, there was white fungus like deposits in the bottle. Took it to the showroom. The staff asked to leave the bottle with them for testing in lab. A few days later, they claim the oil is perfectly fine and the changes were because of temperature change... honestly, haven't heard anything more lame than this. Anyhow, they suggested that I should take the bottle back. On refusing, they offered to give a fresh bottle...even asked to take a facewash instead of refunding the money which I believe they should have.Such a response from a luxury brand is unacceptable. I would be wary of using their products in future for obvious reasons...a hair oil in which fungus grows because of temperature change... between, the temperature has not really changed much in the last few weeks....I don't think I want to use that or any products from that company ever.Would highly discourage my friends from using forest essentials products...it's not worth your money.

The package was tempered with & the bottle contained a white coloured oil, in place of the real oil (which is maroonish in colour). was very surprised that such tempering can happen with such big brands. Returned immediately. I am very wary of ordering this again.
