Always preferred Kashmir exotics shilajit, and recommended this particular brand too but the order that i got in March 2023 is surely not upto the mark. I have been using the same one since 2018 but this time i have noticed granules and taste is harsh. I think the lot i got was not properly filtered from natural impurities.

I have been using this product for 1 Month but results of this shilajit is not good. And is disposable time is so long.Instead of i used Kapiva shilajit and the result was awesome. Please go for Kapiva shilajit for better results.

I had used this in past but it takes long time to mix with water. Where Liquid shilajit takes only 30 seconds, it takes more than 5 minutes to dissolve.
