I am a regular user of epsom salts for a foot soak. This is the first time I tried this brand and its surely the last. The crystals have weird particles almost like dirt, the stink is unbearable, and the effect for pain relief is not as much as the others. If you do decide to buy this, don't forget an aromatic oil as well.
