Well look at the ingredients folks.... It has maltitol in it which has 52 glycemic index which is gonna spike your insulin very easily..... And not good for health at all... Avoid this... Find any other which has only sweetner as stevia, Erythritol Or monk fruit... If any other sweetner in keto products or sugar free products... It's really harmful and not helping at all. Hope you guys understand ????

Very close to Nutella. A little bit of an aftertaste but not a dealbreaker. The only downside – you can’t stop yourself from finishing it in one day.

The taste of the spread was good and the bottle was a glass bottle which can be reused also but it causes a lot of acidity. After eating this spread you will have a lot of acidity which sometimes is unbearable.
