very good quality even made of 6 or 7 type of dals. Gluten free also.I tried to make dosa of it. The only trick is that instead of adding curd 2 times as per the cooking instructions, I added first curd and then water make it thin batter suitable for dosa spread on non stick tava.Really idlis were soft and fluffy while dosa prepared was medium crispy.Unique product. recommended.
