A great product from patanjali. Tastes good and makes feel energetic.People concerned about 'lots of sugar', don't forget that such products are meant to be consumed with milk. Ask some elder who knows the homemade recipe of this item and they will clear your doubt about sugar quantity. Those whining for 'less almonds'... For INR 250, you are getting 500g of product, out of which 110g is almond itself. Do some analysis before criticizing something.
