It's ok but I am not buying again. I used it to make Bengali Malai Chingri - had to choose unsweetened coconut cream as most members of the family suffer from diabetes and that way, I could tweak the levels of sweetness by adding sweetener separately. Hence it was good that this product was unsweetened. But the cream wasn't tasting or smelling of coconut - the finished product was lack lustre and I had to add freshly grated coconut (on top) to add that earth coconut flavour.
