Tea is one of the common drink an Indian will have however a right cup of it will make a good start. Generally the perception to have tea is to be / become active by taking out the boredom and Girnar Royal Cup (Masala Chai) plays a very important role in that. I have tried almost 5 different brands of Masala chai and believe me none of them have given the taste that could overcome the flavors of this Chai. I like Chai to be strong (Kadak) so that every sip is enjoyed to the fullest and that is when a Tea becomes Chai and this is where Girnar are "spot on" naming it as Masala Chai. The chai will amaze you with its flavor, fragrance and the ingredients. Girnar has successfully bundled the right ingredients in this pack which never disappoints you. In my experience I will rate this Chai 4/5. The only star it misses is on its time to prepare a perfect chai as it takes longer to boil the tea to have all the elements rightly blended.Method that I follow to make a strong masala chai:1 Spoon of Girnar Royal Cup (Masala Chai) and Half spoon of Kannan devan tea powder in 25 Ml of Water. Leave it for 10 Mins and then keep the tea vessel on medium flame till the water starts boiling, then add 100 ml of Milk and heat it until the level rises opening your senses with the strong masala fragrance. Stir the mix a couple of times and then increase the flame. When the milk and mix boils the Chai will be ready, take the vessel off the flame and filter the mix and enjoy the Chai.Note: Above directions are to prepare masala chai that suite my taste buds and it may not be the same for all. Thus you can experiment to prepare the best masala chai that suits you with your own pack of Girnar Royal Cup (Masala Chai)
