It really works awesome for diabetes... Soak overnight one stick in 1-1.5 litres of water drink one glass in morning or after 20 minutes of breakfast ... Can be taken twice a day for faster results but if your sugar levels fluctuate too much Mind the amount to be consumed as it lowers blood sugar levels really fast.... So better keep a check on sugar levels.. So they don't fall too much
